If you have clients, this is about how to transition to working with them outside mindfully and optimally. It also covers aspects such as business practice.
Forest Bathing: Bringing people – family, friends (and even office groups) who’d simply like to be guided in nature, want to relax and zone out – gently. Forest Bathing – or Shinrin Yoku as it’s also known – is something that Nature Sense undertakes all year round. It’s especially helpful to those working with screens as a dominating aspect of their work – of course that includes children these days. Most of all it’s a great balance to stress.
- Natural EMDR. This is a therapy that is ideally suited for trauma and anxiety. If you’d like to know more read here. It’s undertaken outside in a park or garden, surrounded by trees and nature.
